Refund policy

We appreciate your purchase from Snake River CBD
Customers may return products purchased from our store or website within 30 days of delivery if the CBD product is unopened and unused or a merchandise item is in new condition, unwashed and unworn. 
Please indicate when inquiring about a return if you are looking for a refund or an exchange.
Shipping costs associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product along with proof of purchase within 30 calendar days of your purchase. 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect for voluntary or involuntary damages and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is voluntarily damaged in any way i.e. user error, or if you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If the product is involuntarily damaged in any way i.e. manufacturer error, defective item, melted due to excessive heat and sun exposure, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
